'Little People,' Big Cheater! Amy Claims Ex-Husband Matt Got Romantic With Girlfriend Caryn Before Divorce
Little People Big World's Amy Roloff admitted in a newly unearthed video obtained by RadarOnline.com that ex Matt Roloff cheated on her during their near 30-year marriage.
In a shocking one-hour long Facebook live clip recorded on March 31, 2019, Amy claimed Matt became more than friends with girlfriend Caryn Chandler while the two were still married.
"I think when you start looking before you're separated in marriage, that is hard," Amy said in the video alongside her friend Lisa Dixon. "When you become involved or much more than just a friend, but you become more in a relationship than just say 'Hey, hi friend, lets go out for coffees' type of thing, I think that can be hard on the other person as well. And I think that's what happened in my case."
She then singled out Caryn specifically.
"We had someone that worked for us for a very long time, on our farm," Amy explained. "And I believe — this is all from my perspective — that there was more than just friends going on. And I think that evolved to a point where that got in the way of our marriage as well."
Amy went on to explain that the show portrays her as very bitter against ex Matt, but that it's taken out of context.
"Some of the early scenes that you see on TV, it's not that I am sad that Matt has found someone, I think it is more about how it evolved," Amy revealed. "How it happened. How it began. I think that's what hurt and unfortunately may have — through an edited show — caused me to be a little bitter, may have come across as me being a little more angry. I'll be honest. It was hard. I'll be frank, it was tough."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Caryn stopped working on the farm last spring after making it clear she would respect Amy’s wishes.
“If at any time, Amy asked me to leave, I would give her my blessing,” she said on the show before her exit.
