In the middle of her difficult battle with cancer, Dr. Jen Arnold and her husband Bill Klein made the joyful trip to India to bring their second child home and RadarOnline.com has an exclusive sneak peek of The Little Couple as they travel across the globe to meet their daughter and faced their fears that the little girl with dwarfism was not “in good health.”

“I’m feeling a little nauseous,” Jen tells her husband as they board a bus to the orphanage where they will pick up their daughter, but admits “but I think it’s just the car ride.”

Her cancer diagnosis in 2013 did not deter the happy doctor and her husband from expanding their family from one child, Will, the son with dwarfism that they adopted from China, to two children with Zoey’s addition.

“I’m nervous to find out if she’s in good health, that’s my biggest #1 fear,” Jen admits, but tells Bill: “It doesn’t matter.”

The Little Couple season premiere is Tuesday night, March 4 at 10/9c on TLC.
