Lisa Marie Presley is taking her ugly custody war with Michael Lockwood to the next level by secretly penning an explosive tell-all autobiography, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively!
Elvis Presley’s only daughter, who’s trapped in a toxic divorce battle with the 56-year-old musician after their ten-year marriage imploded in 2016, continues to fight for full custody of nine-year-old twin daughters Finley and Harper.
She’s also in debt to the tune of $16.7 million and has filed a lawsuit accusing her ex-manager of financial mismanagement.
Now, she’s in hush-hush talks to cash in with a blockbuster book!
“Lisa has been through hell and back in the past few years with her marriage ending and a legal battle with her former manager — who she claims squandered millions of dollars,” a source close to the desperate 50-year-old dished.
“Not only does she want to tell her side of the story and have full control over it, but she’s hoping to make a lot of money to pay off her debts.”
Sources told RadarOnline.com exclusively how the tome will chronicle her experiences growing up as the only daughter of The King, and the pressures of fame and fortune.
Lisa is expected to detail her addictions, how she was steeped in cocaine, pills and booze at the end of her marriage — and her five trips to rehab.
“Lisa has one hell of a story to tell,” the insider spilled. “It’s likely to ruffle a lot of feathers with family and friends. She’s already burned plenty of bridges, but she won’t be holding back.
“Lisa doesn’t yet have a publishing deal but she will undoubtedly have a lot of offers in the coming months. Besides that, she has to wait until her legal issues are sorted out.”
Sources familiar with the case believe the divorce and custody arrangements will be finalized this year.
Lisa, who claims her $100 million estate is now just $14,000, was dealt another financial blow in February when a judge ordered her to pay $100,000 towards her ex’s legal fees — within 30 days!
“There’s nothing more motivating than money,” a source spilled. “Especially for someone as desperate as Lisa!”
