Did Leah Messer hit her rock bottom on camera?
On the latest episode of Teen Mom 2, fans watch in horror as the troubled mother of three vehemently denies her ex-husband Corey Simms' allegations of drug use— just moments before exhibiting bizarre, dangerous behavior.
While visiting her younger brother, Isaac, and his infant daughter, Bailey, the 23-year-old MTV star looks dazed as they discuss her upcoming trip to "therapy" for "stress and anxiety" treatment.
As she's holding the baby, Messer's eyes roll to the back of her head.
"But I am so, a little tired, and I've been sick to my stomach," she slurs, her head bobbing.
MTV uses subtitles in order for fans to decipher her incoherent thoughts.
"I don't want anybody to know where I'm going, really," she rambles. "And I'm trying to make sure Corey's happy and…."
She suddenly passes out, and Messer's brother grows concerned.
"Leah?" he says in an effort to revive her.
A friend steps in and takes the baby away.
Just a few scenes earlier, Messer angrily shuts down 25-year-old concerned dad Simms' accusations of drug abuse over a tense dinner.
"There isn't a drug problem! There isn't a drug problem," she yells. "I swear to God there's not!"
Later, in a talk with her mother Dawn, Messer tells a different story. She admits she took painkillers, including Percocet, after a difficult birth with daughterAdalynn, now 2. But, she insists, she stopped popping pills immediately when it became apparent she was becoming dependent.
After hearing various stories and watching strange behavior onscreen, viewers can ultimately draw their own conclusions.
She checked into a drug and alcohol rehab center across the country in June for what sources insist to RadarOnline.com was a drug-related issue.
After she returned from treatment, Messer reunited with her brood, which also includes 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah, and moved in with her new boyfriend, personal trainer T.R. Dues, 32.
