Kristen Wiig Is Selling Her Silver Lake Home For $5.1 Million
Kristen Wiig has listed her home in Silver Lake, Calif., for a whopping $5.1 million, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The Bridesmaids star, 45, bought the four bedroom, four bath house in 2014 for $1.7 million and is now wanting to flip it for much more.
The house, built in 1954, boasts 3,515 square feet and was completely renovated.
It sits on a 17,000 square foot majestic Silver Lake view double lot, according to real estate records.
The mid-century designed home has been kept authentic and features, in addition to bedrooms and baths, formal living and dining rooms, an office, den, and a new screening room.
Wiig, who also starred in the female reboot of Ghostbusters, enjoyed the homes' floor to ceiling windows that allowed for a lot of light. The bathrooms are enlivened by the famous heath tiles.
The former Saturday Night Live funny woman had added a separate guest property with studio and sauna.
Single Wiig also owns a $2.96 million dollar property in Pasadena, California, a $2.46 million dollar property in Massachusetts, and a $1.5 million dollar apartment in New York.
Last year, she also sold another home in Los Feliz for $2 million.
