On this week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe receives the tragic news of Lamar Odom's overdose.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the former NBA star, 36, was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, after consuming "massive amounts of cocaine" coupled with herbal male enhancement drugs. At the time, doctors gave him just hours to live.

In a newly released sneak peek, Khloe, 31, spends all waking hours with her estranged husband, as he fights for his life in a Nevada hospital.

"Khloe has been spending every second with Lamar," her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, says in the trailer as mom, Kris Jenner, can be heard off camera, saying, "I think hearing our voices and having family around might make a difference."

Just yesterday, Khloe shared that Odom has been "doing great" in his recovery, though his short-term memory is still an issue.

"He's doing really good," she told Ellen DeGeneres on Monday during the host's daytime talk show. "His long term memory is great. His short term memory isn't so good, but I mean, if I met someone earlier today I probably wouldn't remember either so that's understandable!"

Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs Sunday at 9|8c on E!
