Kevin Spacey Sued By Masseuse After Actor Allegedly Forced Him To Touch His Penis
Kevin Spacey is being sued by an unnamed individual after the actor allegedly forced himself on the man during a private massage, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
As first reported by The Blast, in court documents filed Thursday, Sept. 27, the man referred to only as John Doe, accused Spacey of sexual assault, battery and false imprisonment.

According to the complaint, the masseuse showed up at Spacey’s Malibu home in October 2016 for what he thought would be a normal session. But as the masseuse worked on Spacey’s leg, the Oscar winner “grabbed the plaintiff’s hand and pulled it onto Spacey’s scrotum and testicles.”
The startled masseuse at first “gave Spacey the benefit of the doubt,” assuming the actor was just trying to direct him to pain in his groin. But upon resuming rubbing Spacey’s leg, “Spacey again grabbed plaintiff’s hand, but this time forced plaintiff to rub his penis, scrotum and testicles," he claimed.
As the masseuse backed away in shock, Spacey allegedly stood up from the massage table, exposing his naked body, and moved toward the man, telling him “you have such beautiful eyes.” He then “grabbed the plaintiff’s shoulder, pulling him closer, for what felt to plaintiff like an attempted kiss,” the documents state.

The man was able to fight Spacey off, escape and call police, he claimed in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
He’s suing Spacey for an undisclosed sum to cover physical and emotional damages.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Spacey was one of the first caught up in the #MeToo movement, after multiple similar stories surfaced. The former House of Cards star is now being investigated on six sexual assault allegations in London after three new men have come forward claiming the actor abused them.
