The one time backing dancer threw a 'cash themed' party as he tucked into some birthday cake.
The theme was in reference to his current money battle with Spears with whom he shares two kids.
RadarOnline.com recently reported he wanted a larger slice of the singer's fortune with the former refusing to turn over her tax returns to him.
The club promoters brought out a cake with stacks of money attached to it as the birthday boy got to play DJ for the night to entertain the crowd.
Federline refused to talk about Britney, 36, but tried to plug his new album G.O.A.T. that he produced.
Britney Spears is currently romantically happily involved with male model Sam Asghari.
