Now that Scott Disick is no longer keeping up with the Kardashians, the family wants him tossed behind bars!

In a video preview for KUWTK, Kris Jenner insists that serving time could get her daughter Kourtney Kardashian's 32-year-old troubled ex back on the right path.

"That could be the best thing for him," says the 59-year-old momager. "That's the biggest wake-up call of all, to be thrown in jail with no alcohol, no nothing, no pillow."

Kim Kardashian, 34, chips in with her own addition to the idea: "No one to bail him out."

"As time goes on, Scott just seems to get worse," admits Kourtney, 36, in the clip, which was shot before they split in July. "I want to be mad but then I also worry about just Scott's safety."

"He definitely has a problem that he has to deal with, so it's hard," she adds. "I feel like my emotions get all over the place."

Kim has noticed the effect the end of the relationship has had on her big sister. "Kourtney sees a lot of things that she wasn't aware of before," the reality star notes. "I think she's done everything she can to help Scott and that's just what's really heartbreaking."
