Kathy Griffin's Secret Videos Captured Neighbors Inside Their Home!
Kathy Griffin’s neighbors said the comedian’s constant complaints over noise have gone way overboard, and the Bel Air couple has fired back with a lawsuit of their own claiming Griffin and her live-in boyfriend have been recording their family illegally, according to explosive court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
KB Home CEO Jeffrey Mezger and his wife Sandra said in a July 20 filing that Griffin and Randy Bick, have been illegally recording video and audio of their family as part of their campaign to launch complaints about noise and other activities against their next door neighbors.
According to the docs, Griffin and Bick have lodge a series of complaints against the Mezgers to the homeowners association of the posh gated Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air Crest. The Mezgers said the comedian and her boyfriend have even called LAPD against them about parties, parking in the neighborhood, and other alleged nuisance, which were never substantiated.
“Initially, Defendants (Griffin and Bick) used their iPhones to record the Mezgers’ back yard beginning in July of 2016, but after the HOA refused Defendants’ request at a board meeting for action against the Mezgers, Mr.Bick purchased and installed an audio-video surveillance system, pointing it directly into the Mezgers’ back yard in order to spy on and record them,” according to the affidavit. “The Mezgers are informed and believe and on that basis allege the Defendants thereafter illegally captured hundreds of hours of audio and video from the Mezgers’ back yard— featuring the Mezgers, their friends, guests and family (including their pre-school aged grandchildren — beginning in April of 2017.
The Mezgers are suing Griffin and Bick for nuisance, invasions of privacy, violation of various municipal codesy, false light and invasion of right to privacy.
In the complaint, the Mezgers described one incident in July 2016 when a small group of their family members, including their niece, who is suffering stage 4 cancer, visited the home and were at the pool listening to music.
“Plaintiffs are informed and believe that on that basis allege that Ms.Griffin shouted down from her balcony at the children, using profanity and demanding that they ‘turn that shit off.’”

The angry neighbors went on to claim in the court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com that Griffin played a loud recorded audio loop of dogs barking at a high college to harass them.
The Mezgers they have complied with all noise and rules set forth by the HOA and that they ben nothing but neighborly to Griffin and Bick, even returning one of Griffin’s dog when it wandered into their property.
“At no time did the Mezgers (or their family or guests) authorize any recording of events in their back yard, and at no time were they advised that private conversations in their yard with family and guests — to their communications with Mr. Bick and Ms. Griffin — were being recorded,” according to the affidavit.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively last year, the controversial comedian and her live-in boyfriend Randy Bick reported a noise complaint at 8:00pm in September 2017 when their neighbors’ grandchildren were being loud in the pool.
After Kathy called the cops, Jeffrey Mezger went into a fit of anger and proceeded to call her a “f**king bald d**e” and “c**t.”
The bald comment was especially brutal, since Kathy, 57, shaved her head in solidarity for her cancer-stricken sister’s death a week prior.
