The Wests And Kardashians/Jenners Battle On 'Celebrity Family Feud'!
Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West battled against her family members Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and grandma Mary Jo Campbell on Celebrity Family Feud.
They taped the episode of the ABC game show on Saturday, Feb. 24, and there was major drama behind the scenes as it was originally supposed to feature the Kardashians versus the Hiltons, a website has reported.
Sources told the site that the Hiltons informed producers four days before the taping that they wouldn't play.
The production team was left looking for a theme; Kim versus Paris Hilton would have been a great one, as the two reality stars famously feuded.
Heiress Paris and her mom Kathy wanted to do Celebrity Family Feud, but real estate maven family patriarch Rick Hilton didn't approve, according to the website's sources.
Paris' sister Nicky and brother Barron and his fiancée also reportedly said no to the game show appearance.
So the Kardashian split up their huge family and Kim wound up on Team West with her husband and their close pal Jonathan Cheban!
They had to compete against her mother, grandma "M.J.," model sister Kendall and Khloe, who is expecting a baby with beau Tristan Thompson. The whole Kardashian/West/Jenner crew taped the appearance in front of an audience and the game show episode is expected to air this summer on ABC, not on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Kim released a series of Snapchat videos filmed from the backstage green room and set.
“I jumped the ship from Team KarJen,” Kim told fans in one video. “I’m, on Team West, guys!”
“If you guys don’t know, Kanye and I are the biggest fans of Family Feud,” she added of her husband’s love for the long-running game show.
“Kanye said he’s waited his whole life for this moment, Family Feud. We’re playing against the Kardashian Jenners vs. the Wests. And I have a really good feeling about this, that we’re going to win,” Kim said on Snapchat.
Kim, who recently welcomed her third child, baby Chicago, with Kanye via a surrogate mother, also said, "They won’t let me in their huddle, guys," about her rival family team. The studio audience has no idea that the Kardashians, Jenners, and Wests were going to compete and screamed with excitement when they appeared.
