Jules Wainstein Blasted For Bad Mom Behavior In Divorce Court
Jules Wainstein's estranged husband accused her of hiding assets during a New York Court hearing – but that wasn't his only allegation against The Real Housewives of New York star! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the bad mom claims against her.
During the March 28th hearing, Michael's attorney Morghan Richardson accused her of feeding non-kosher food to their young children Jagger and Rio.
"There are purchases of non-kosher food and this is a continued problem," Richardson fired. "Jagger is telling my client he's being fed clams. We take this seriously. The home had been blessed by Rabbis to be kosher."
But Jules' lawyer Allan Mayefsky was unable to come to her defense, as Judge Michael Katz shut down the claims.
Although Michael is up to date with his tax filings and child support, the electricity at Jules' home with the children still got cut off.
"Last week my client paid her $12,000 and she's had $25,000 from the car sale, two days later the electricity cut in the marital residence where kids live," his lawyer argued. "He did contact Con Ed and worked out a payment plan."
Instead of paying the electricity bill with the money, Michael's lawyer blasted her for maintaining her extravagant lifestyle by shopping online from Amazon, Zappos and more.
"He's not buying new clothes and shoes, he's not spending money on himself," Michael's lawyer fired. "He's been borrowing money from his parents!"
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Michael and his team demanded Jules help pay off the family's growing debt.

"We order the defendant to contribute to marital expenses," the lawyer said. "I have nothing from the defendant in her own taxes. She refuses to comply. She has earned income in the last two years, but nothing from her."
Michael requested the judge lower his child and alimony payments from $10,000 to $2,500 a month.
In previous hearings, Michael has accused his wife of partying hard, drug use and refusing to help pay off debts, including $72,000 in unpaid rent for their New York City apartment.
The couple filed for divorce last summer after eight years of marriage.
