Custody Victory? Jon Gosselin Claims Daughter Hannah, 14, Lives with Him 'Permanently'
Feb. 25 2019, Updated 11:48 a.m. ET
Jon Gosselin's teen daughter Hannah is now living with him "permanently" following a bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Kate, the TV dad claimed to fans.
After months of fan speculation about where the 14-year-old had been living, Jon posted an Instagram live video on Thursday night alleging Hannah, one of the former reality TV couple's sextuplets, is staying in his home — for good.
"She permanently lives with me," Jon, 41, said in the video captured by RadarOnline.com, in response to a follower's question about why Hannah had been featured on his social media posts in recent months.
In the clip, Jon appeared to be in his home DJ-ing, while Hannah was singing along. The teen then left for a bit, and Jon told fans that she went to make hot dogs.
A short time later, Hannah returned later on camera with a plate of hot dogs, to which Jon told the camera: "Do you all see that, that's a daughter for you."
While Jon's alleged custody of Hannah had never been publicly discussed until now, Jon and Hannah have been seen together several times this year on social media.
In May, Jon posted a photo of the two celebrating her 14th birthday while her siblings opted to celebrate with their mother instead.
That month, Jon posted a cryptic Instagram post hinting that he had won custody of Hannah.
Jon wrote: "Thank you to everyone for all the love and support this week!!!"
In June, the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star posted a selfie with Hannah with the caption: "Happy Saturday!!! School is almost over Thank God!!!!"
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, cops were called last summer when Hannah allegedly refused to return to her mother after time with her father in a custody hand-off. No one was arrested or charged in the incident.
In another 2016 police report, Kate accused Jon of acting inappropriately with Hannah. Jon denied any wrongdoing.
Another Gosselin sextuplet, Collin, had not been seen with the family in years, since he checked into a treatment facility to deal with what a source told RadarOnline.com is an anger problem.
However, Jon and Hannah appeared to visit the troubled boy in May.
