Shameless! Teresa Giudice To Party At New Jersey Bar Amid Husband Joe’s Deportation

Joe Giudice is in the process of being deported back to Italy as he serves a federal prison sentence – and is his wife Teresa celebrating? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is ‘happy as can be’ as she’s expected to attend a New Jersey bar for an appearance on Friday, June 22.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, a spokesperson for ICE confirmed the Italy native is “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody. ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings."

While Joe’s release date isn’t until March 2019, he could be sent to Italy before his sentence is completed. He is serving a 41-month prison sentence on fraud charges.

“If he is ordered deported while in custody, he will be removed from the U.S.,” the spokesperson added.

The 46-year-old dad of four most recently attended a hearing via Virtual Teleconference on June 20 regarding his deportation.

As for his wife Teresa, she’s expected to attend D’Jais, a Belmar, New Jersey hotspot, on Friday, June 22 at 7pm.

Special guests, which have included Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy and The Bachelorette star Corrinne Olympios in recent weeks, are expected to party along with boozy bar-goers and judge booty-shaking dance contests.

“I am so confused about this,” a source close to Teresa told RadarOnline.com. “Teresa is acting like nothing happened. Regular Teresa. Happy as can be. I really don’t understand how she can be so happy right now if this is really going on. She’s just really hiding it.”

The appearance comes after Teresa snubbed her husband on Father’s Day. Instead, she gave her own father a shout out instead by captioning a photo, “Happy Father’s to my handsome Papa. Love you so much. You are the rock of our family. I am strong because of you.”

Teresa, 46, opened up about possibly divorcing her husband in 2017.

“I would have never thought in a million years that I would have gone to jail,” she told Us Weekly. “Will I still be married to Joe in 40 years? I have no idea. You don’t know what life will bring.”
