Jessica Biel will have to contain her excitement for Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl 2018 performance until after her court date, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!

The 35-year-old actress is due in court for a case management conference in regards to a lawsuit against her restaurant, Au Fudge, on January 17, 2018 — just two weeks before the 36-year-old singer will take the half time stage on Feb. 4.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that The Sinner star was hit with a bombshell million-dollar lawsuit in September by nine former Au Fudge employees. She was accused of pocketing their tips worth $430,100 and violating rest break laws.

Three former employees slammed Biel to a local outlet soon after the suit was filed.

Biel has not responded to the suit in court yet, but the case is wreaking havoc on her home with Timberlake and Silas, 2. Insiders told RadarOnline.com that she is "freaking out" over the claims, and there's nothing that can be done for her.

"Justin's been trying to lift her spirits but she's gotten very little sleep and is glued to her work emails and phone while this mess is sorted out," the insider said at the time. "This is a very difficult time for her and Justin, for sure."

Meanwhile, Timberlake faced restaurateur problems of his own as his BBQ joint in New York had "evidence of mice or live mice present" during a 2015 health inspection and a former Southern Hospitality employee filed a sexual harassment lawsuit in 2014.
