Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Eyeing $16.5 Million Penthouse In NYC

Justin Timberlake is eyeing a huge $16.5 million penthouse in West Chelsea — but he's not the only celebrity scouting it out. See inside and get the details.
According to Rob Shuter, Timberlake, wife Jessica Biel and son Silas were spotted checking out the massive apartment on West 24th Street.
But rumor has it actor Alec Baldwin also has his eye on the place.
"Justin was carrying his son when he visited the building with wife Jessica," sources told Shuter. "The family stayed for around 20 minutes before jumping in a car to visit another posh building in the neighborhood."
According to the original listing, the impressive penthouse is nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor space and 2,200 square feet of outdoor space.
The penthouse includes 5 bedrooms and 4½ baths, leaving plenty of room for a growing family.
It also boasts a wrap-around terrace with a 360-degree view of the High Line, Hudson River and Empire State Building.
"They are looking to expand the family and will need those extra bedrooms," an insider said.
"Jessica gave birth to her son Silas in April 2015 and has always said she would love to have more kids," the source added.

If they move in, Timberlake and Biel will have plenty of celebrity pals in their building.
Debbie Harry, Tim Gunn, Nicole Kidman, and Annie Leibovitz all have residencies in the lavish apartment complex.
