Vanderpump Rules Stars Jax Taylor & Stassi Schroeder Dish On Relationship: ‘It’s Complicated’

When they're not serving up Crab gorgonzola risotto (Seriously – it’s on the menu, and it’s delicious!), the sexy staff of Lisa Vanderpump's SUR restaurant are serving up drama, and our friends at OK! sat down with Vanderpump Rules stars Jax Taylor and Stassi Schroeder for an update on the stormy state of their relationship.

"She definitely puts me through a huge test," Jax told OK! exclusively, "but I love her more than anything."

The hunky bartender/model said he and Stassi are in the process of "building a new foundation," and things are "so emotional right now.

Seeing he and Stassi argue in front of the cameras has put a strain on their relationship, Jax admitted.

"It's so hard to watch these shows -- I haven't gotten through one show yet," he said.

Castmate Tom Sandoval, sitting in with Jax, said the couple has been known to put their mutual friends in the uncomfortable position of referee when they're at odds.

With all of the ups and downs, Jax says everything between he and Stassi remains "OK … though she's been know to flip."

Stassi, sitting down with OK!, was decidedly more coy in dropping details about her romance with Jax.

"It's always up and down no matter what," she said. "It's complicated."
