Janice Dickinson Will Be First Witness Called In Bill Cosby Sex Assault Retrial
Janice Dickinson is going to be the first witness called by prosecution tomorrow morning to testify against Bill Cosby in his retrial!
A source reveals to RadarOnline.com exclusively the former model will be taken to the courthouse under police protection and escort.
Dickinson, 63, is expected to remain in the area until a verdict is reached in case either side needs to call her back to the stand.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, Dickinson flew to Pennsylvania and was "more than ready to tell her story."
“Janice has been told by the prosecutor to be ready to go,” a source told RadarOnline.com. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele is said to be taking a "much different tactic for this trial and is going to lay the foundation that Cosby has been a predator for decades.”
Dickinson isn't the only accuser who will be present at the shamed comedian's court appearance.
Added the source: “Testimony from the five accusers the judge allowed to testify will also bolster the state’s case. It’s important to note, just because the judge allowed five women to testify doesn’t mean they will be called."

“Steele flew to Los Angeles last month to prepare Janice for her testimony and she is ready to go. She has been waiting for this day, to stare down the man she says raped her,” stated the source.
Cosby called Dickinson a liar and denied allegations he raped her in 1982.
In turn, Dickinson sued Cosby and was allowed by the court to proceed with her case.
As readers know, Cosby was accused of drugging and assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004, and faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault connected to the alleged crime. He has pleaded not guilty.
