Unhappy Homecoming? Heather Locklear To Get Out of Rehab In One Month

Heather Locklear faces a whopping eight misdemeanor charges after her violent arrest in June, but she can at least look forward to getting out of rehab in just over a month, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
“The plan is she’ll be in treatment for around another month,” a source told RadarOnline.com, adding, “Initially, she was going to get out in September, but it looks more like sometime in October.”
However, as RadarOnline.com reported, those closest to Locklear worry she is still showing signs of destructive behavior while she battles her drug and alcohol demons in treatment.
Locklear's jealous bouts have created concern, especially since she's continued calling and keeping tabs on her fiancé Chris Heisser, which led to her legal mess in the first place.
“She could very well be the same Heather,” the source said. “People are worried she’s not doing the work she needs to get better, and she has access to her phone and social media" — a big no-no in most treatment programs.
Richie Sambora’s ex-wife was originally charged with five misdemeanor counts — four misdemeanor counts of battery on a peace officer and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest — after she allegedly bit Heisser on the nose and hit and threatened Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies and emergency responders who responded to a 911 call to her house on Feb. 25.
Now the former Melrose Place star currently has eight misdemeanor counts against her after prosecutors filed more charges Aug. 30 in connection to an arrest at her Thousand Oaks, Calif. home in June.
According to the source, the latest charges could mean more time in treatment.
“She may stay longer,” noted the source, “but for now it’s about another month.”
Locklear, 56, has pleaded not guilty to all eight counts against her.
