Despite reports claiming she checked out, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm Heather Locklear is still in rehab following her domestic violence arrest last month.

Two different sources told RadarOnline.com that Locklear, 56, is still confronting her substance abuse demons in inpatient treatment.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Melrose Place star actually extended her stay a few weeks after checking into a swanky Los Angeles-area facility on March 3.

“Heather has now paid for two months of rehab,” a source exclusively revealed. “So she will be there longer than the one month she originally planned.”

The actress was infamously arrested on February 25 for allegedly assaulting cops and fiance Christopher Heisser at her Thousand Oaks home.

Despite seeking treatment, Locklear could face up to five years behind bars if convicted on the four counts of misdemeanor battery on officials, and one count of misdemeanor resisting arrest she is currently facing.
