Free Woman! Heather Locklear Released From Jail Following Battery Arrest
Heather Locklear is a free woman — hours after she assaulted a cop and kicked an EMT.
According to police records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the troubled actress was released from jail today at 9:15am pt.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Locklear, 56, was charged with battery after she punched a cop following a boozy family feud inside her home.
Though she was supposed to be detoxing following her suicidal scandal last week, the Melrose Place star returned home early this weekend, and to her parents' shock, she was completely wasted!"
She was being held on $20,000 bail and remained behind bars throughout the night. She has now been released.
Locklear's next court date is scheduled for August 23 at 8:15 am.
