Coming Home! Heather Locklear To Check Out Of Rehab This Weekend After 2 Months

Heather’s ready to come home!

After two months of in-patient rehab following her arrest for allegedly beating her fiance and police officers, Locklear is in the final days of treatment, RadarOnline has exclusively learned from multiple sources.

“She’s expected to be home on Sunday,” an insider close to the actress told RadarOnline.com.

And it’ll be a low-key homecoming for the former Melrose Place star, who has battled addiction issues for years.

"She is going to take it easy,” said the source.

Though she's now in recovery, the 56-year-old is still facing the consequences of her alleged bad behavior, and has a serious legal battle ahead of her.

She was taken into custody Feb. 25 after the Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic violence call involving Locklear and her fiance Chris Heisser at the actress’s Thousand Oaks, Calif. home.

According to a search warrant, deputies who responded to the emergency call found the couple arguing inside a bedroom. Heisser reportedly told deputies that Locklear bit him on the nose, and that the actress was “all over him” for about 30 minutes, acting “crazy,” “angry,” and “wild.”

Locklear did not appear in court for her arraignment on April 12 due to her rehab stay. But her attorneys, William Haney and Blair Berk, entered a not guilty plea to four misdemeanor counts of battery on a peace officer and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

The blond beauty is scheduled to appear back in court on June 7 for a pretrial conference. She could face a maximum sentence of five years in jail, according to Ventura County Senior Deputy District Attorney Thomas Dunlevy.

As RadarOnline.com reported, prosecutors filed charges against Heisser, who was also arrested for DUI in the hours after his blowout fight with Locklear.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Ventura County District Attorney officials charged Heisser, 56, with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a special allegation of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or higher. He also faces a second misdemeanor count of driving with a 0.08 percent blood alcohol level or more with the same special allegation.

He is scheduled to appear in Ventura County Superior court for a first appearance arraignment on April 26.
