Heather Locklear was in a “rage” over her fiancé’s alleged cheating before she was rushed to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to a source close to the couple, the troubled actress, 56, and fiancé Chris Heisser got into an explosive fight on Friday night.

“She screamed at him and made a huge scene” in the parking lot of a local Los Angeles restaurant, the source claimed. “She thought he was cheating”

Heisser then left the house to stay with family, which caused Locklear to go “crazy.”

“She was texting Chris’s mom messages that didn’t make much sense,” the source continued. “Then she went dark Saturday afternoon and Sunday.”

Concerned, Heisser called Locklear’s caretaker and her mother, who proceeded to call 911 on Sunday, June 17.

Though they have no proof, her fiancé and family now believe she has relapsed after rehab, and has begun drinking again.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Locklear was rushed to the hospital on Sunday for a psychiatric evaluation after threatening to shoot herself.

According to a law enforcement source, she is still in the medical facility.

“She was determined to be a threat to herself and others. Even though she wasn’t placed under arrest, Heather was handcuffed while on the gurney being transported to the hospital,” the source said.

She was previously arrested for punching a police officer in February. She plead not guilty to the charges, and spent two months in rehab before checking out in May.
