Kanye's Trainer Speaks Out After West's Meltdown At His Home

Not everyone is rushing to support Kanye West and Kim Kardashian in their time of need!

Celebrity fitness expert Harley Pasternak refused to answer questions about his most famous clients when pressed.

"Sorry," the L.A.-based trainer responded to inquiries on how West was doing.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the rapper was placed on an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold and rushed to the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on Nov. 21 after he fell into psychosis due to exhaustion and dehydration.

The 39-year-old ticking time bomb has now been placed on suicide watch, with his wife, Kim Kardashian, who experienced her own crisis when she was held up in Paris by armed robbers, now by his side.

"It's a serious situation," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "Kanye has been so focused on making sure Kim's okay that he forgot to take care of himself.
