Eric Makes BAD First Impression When Meeting Katie’s Parents On ‘Honeymoon Island’
Eric met Katie’s parents on this week’s Married At First Sight: Honeymoon Island – and it didn’t go well! RadarOnline.com can reveal an exclusive sneak peek clip of the awkward moment.
Eric started the conversation off by explaining that he is never home.
“Because of my upbringing and what I currently do, I travel quite a bit,” he said. “I have this mentality of always picking up and going. It’s never served me well for relationships in the past.”
Her parents Taree and Andrew seemed concerned, as Katie added, “I know that with his job he’s going to travel a lot. We kind of talked about how we would game plan that. We would check in everyday… Text, call.”
But Eric continued to worry her parents, as he revealed his career involves marijuana!
“I actually work for a holdings company that has acquired a Columbian company that has acquired medicinal cannabis,” he said. “A couple of years ago I was not in the cannabis world. I was a sales rep for large exporters of fruit.”
Katie’s mom responded, “That interesting.”
When a producer asked Katie’s parents what their first impression of Eric was, they were speechless.
