The nation has watched in horror over the past several months as the Duggar family has fallen from grace due to sex scandal after sex scandal. Now, crime drama Law & Order SVU has taken on the case, releasing a show promo for an episode based on the reality family's sordid tale!

In the description for the newly released video, the show's writers leave little doubt about where they found their inspiration. The disturbing clip features an impregnated young female victim, and a Michelle Duggar clone cast as her mother. "You see a crime," she says eerily. "We see it as a blessing."

As RadarOnline.com reported, SVU cast member Peter Scanavino has spoken openly about his feelings about the upcoming Duggar episode. "With the Duggar one, it was like the double-whammy because it was his sisters and the fact -- I mean, honestly, I feel like we're dealing with some topics this season that feel a bit meatier than some lunatic fringe family," he told reporters. "I have never been so infuriated with someone's level of hypocrisy, and lying, and then displacement of responsibility onto something else... When I think about that guy, it boils my blood, I will say."
