90 Day Fiance star David Toborowsky’s son Jacob is recovering after a friend shot him in the face with a 22-caliber handgun. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal a graphic photo of the wound and more details on his recovery.\n\nIn a photo updated to Toborowsky’s personal Facebook page, a bulge where the bullet hit Jacob could be seen on the right side of his jaw.“Jacob is still in shock,” a source close to the family exclusively told Radar. “He will be going to see a surgeon again today or Monday.”Jacob, 18, was rushed to University Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky on January 28 after his friend accidentally shot him in the face. He was released from the hospital the next day.\n\n“Jacob told his friend, ‘Don’t point the gun at me,’” the family insider told Radar in January. “He said, ‘It’s not loaded.’”\n\nThe 16-year-old, whose name has not been disclosed because he is a minor, then accidentally shot his friend.“Jacob has a fractured jaw,” the family member said. “The bullet is in the soft tissue of the right cheek. There is a hole in his face.”\n\nWhen Jacob met with a surgeon to discuss removing the bullet, he was told he might have to live with the bullet lodged in his cheek.\n\n“He went to the doctor, but the swelling is too bad to take a good look at it,” the insider said. “The doctor said he might need to stay with the bullet in there for the rest of his life. It’s more of a risk taking it out in some cases.”After more healing, Jacob will meet with a plastic surgeon to repair his face.\n\n“We will see if something, anything can be done,” the insider said. “At the end of the day, his life will never be the same. He has to do deep soul-searching.
