Chelsea Houska’s bad news baby daddy Adam Lind has been arrested for DUIs, failure to pay child support and more shocking crimes over the years, but is a secret arrest his most shocking yet? In bombshell court papers exclusively uncovered by RadarOnline.com, Lind was arrested for burglary and petty theft.
In court papers obtained from Minnehaha Circuit Court, Lind was charged with one count of burglary on November 2, 2010 when he entered a home in February 2010 with the “intent to commit theft.”
For the second count, he was charged with petty theft in the second degree when he “did take or exercise control over the property of another, which property was descried as gasoline, with intent to deprive said owner of this property and which property had a value of less than four hundred dollars.”
But the crimes don’t end there, as he was also charged with criminal trespassing on January 14, 2011 when he “entertained or remained in a building… and thereby committed the offense of criminal trespassing” in February 2010.
Lind pled guilty to the lesser charge of entering or refusing to leave.
He was sentenced to 90 days in Minnehaha County Jail concurrently with 83 days suspended.
The 83 days were suspended because he had no prior trespassing or theft offenses, and he agreed to pay restitution in the amount of $86.25 and attorney fees in the amount of $200.
The crimes only continued for Lind. In 2012, he was arrested for three DUIs.
He was arrested in November 2014 for domestic stalking charges, which were later dropped.
Then in March 2015, he was arrested for failure to pay child support to baby mama Taylor Halbur.
These are a few of the many arrested for Lind over the years.
