The Teen Mom OG star, 25, admitted she had felt she had no choice but to check into rehab.
“I'm taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself. On November 17th I thought of every way possible to commit suicide, from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole,” she told RadarOnline.com.
Lowell was in rehab in 2016 where she was treated for post-partum depression and she told RadarOnline.com that she was leaning on her husband, Tyler Baltierra, and their baby as she struggled with her suicidal thoughts.
“Thank God I have a support system and a husband and a daughter. Thank God I am self-aware.”
She offered advice for others in the same situation. “Anyone feeling alone you ARE NOT ALONE! This world needs all of us in it! We are all here for a reason. Thank you for your support during this tough time. Much Love.”
