The Teen Mom OG star, 25, admitted she had felt she had no choice but to check into rehab.
“I'm taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself. On November 17th I thought of every way possible to commit suicide, from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole,” she told Radar.
Lowell was in rehab in 2016 where she was treated for post-partum depression and she told Radar that she was leaning on her husband, Tyler Baltierra, and their baby as she struggled with her suicidal thoughts.
“Thank God I have a support system and a husband and a daughter. Thank God I am self-aware.”
The troubled MTV star told Radar she was hopeful about her future. “I'm seeking treatment and I WILL get better. This won't last forever.”
She offered advice for others in the same situation. “Anyone feeling alone you ARE NOT ALONE! This world needs all of us in it! We are all here for a reason. Thank you for your support during this tough time. Much Love.”
