Is Catelynn Lowell having mental health issues again?

The Teen Mom OG star shocked followers by featuring an alarming message on Instagram on Friday, July 6.

Lowell, 26, posted a photo of a quote that read, "I'm scared of the future. I'm scared of the past. I'm nervous at the moment."

But Tyler Baltierra's wife, who was previously in a facility to treat her depression, offered a mixed message, writing as a caption, "I'm so scared right now … but I know that everything that is supposed to happen will happen … whatever my destiny will be .… I got this ….. I'm strong."

Even a fellow Teen Mom star, Jenelle Evans, sent her love, writing, "Same here, girl" with two heart emojis.

Lowell stunned Teen Mom OG fans last fall with a desperate cry for help, tweeting that she was going into a facility, writing, "Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment."

She also revealed grim details about her suicidal thoughts exclusively to RadarOnline.com, saying, "I'm taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself. She returned home from treatment just one month later, but headed back to the facility for more help this January. The mother of daughter Nova, 3, by Baltierra, completed her time at an Arizona rehab facility in February.

Hubby Baltierra has cheered her on, saying, "My life would be desolate without her."

During Lowell's first crisis, he also wrote, "Incredibly proud of my wife…when she thought she had no choices left, she reached out & decided to LIVE today!....You are beautiful, strong, worthy, & loved."
