Casey Anthony’s Parents Heading To Court Over Home Where Caylee Was Last Seen Alive

Casey Anthony’s parents are finally getting their day in court to save their home from foreclosure, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. Ten years after George and Cindy Anthony's granddaughter was found dead in 2008, they are going to trial to try to keep the house where Caylee was last seen alive.

The Non-Jury Trial set for August 10, 2018 is hereby CANCELLED and reset for November 16, 2018,” the Orange County Florida court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.

The new date was set after an emergency delay in the trial was approved. Cindy provided a note from her doctor, claiming she was on bed rest due to suffering from hypertension/high blood pressure.

Casey and her daughter, who was 2 years old at the time of her death, both lived in the modest home with George and Cindy.

During the shocking trial, Casey’s attorney claimed the little girl possibly drowned in the pool and her grandfather covered up her death.

A jury acquitted Casey of the murder of the toddler and she never returned to her parents’ home. She instead lived with her legal team and continued her party lifestyle, claiming she didn’t lose sleep about her daughter’s death.
