Caitlyn Jenner's family soon accepted her transition after their initial shock wore off, but Khloe Kardashian has claimed that little Mason Disick struggled with his grandfather's transition.

On Kocktails with Khloe, the 31-year-old childless sister revealed how her nieces and nephew dealt with the news that Caitlyn was becoming a woman.

"Mason is the older one…when Caitlyn would come around…he was kind of like confused," she admitted in the sneak peek of the upcoming episode.

"Mason was maybe 4," she said. "He was confused because he was like 'What are you doing, Grandpa?' He was a little confused."

Khloe said that she and moms Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were "very honest with Mason, as much as we can be," but that Mason, now 6, "was uncomfortable and would be distanced towards Caitlyn."

She described how Jenner reacted to the child's actions: "Caitlyn understood and handled it perfectly."

As for the girls, North West, 2, and Penelope Disick, 3, they "don't know the difference," she explained. "They know her as just Caitlyn."

Kocktails with Khloe airs on Wednesday, April 6 at 10pm ET/PT on FYI.
