Brittany Murphy Death Scene Horror: See Disheveled Bathroom Where Tragic Star Collapsed

Months after Brittany Murphy tragically passed away on December 20, 2009, her husband opened the doors of the Los Angeles home the couple shared to Radaronline.com.

“You’re the first people to ever see the infamous bathroom,” a devastated Simon Monjack told RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline.com’s video showed the bathroom where his beloved wife collapsed shortly before she was pronounced dead. It was the first time he had been in the bathroom since Murphy’s shocking death.

“This is the little doggy couch where she actually fell and she was put on her side right here,” Monjack said while pointing to a leopard print couch and a place on the floor next to it. “When the paramedics came in they pulled her through here, into one of the closets and into the main room.”

In a display of raw emotion and heartbreaking sadness, Monjack took a minute to absorb the images of the bathroom before telling RadarOnline.com: “It’s shocking.”

An L.A. coroner later determined 32-year-old Murphy’s primary cause of death was pneumonia, with secondary factors of multiple drug intoxication and iron-deficiency anemia.

The Hollywood Hills home where she died was later sold for almost $15 million in March 2017.
