Radar obtained court records showing that Florida state attorneys issued a subpoena to Leal on May 25. She is demanded to testify as a witness in Gordon's case for violating a no contact order.
Back in March, a judge ordered Gordon to have no contact with Leal after he was accused of allegedly assaulting her.
Leal denied the claim under oath and Gordon's battery charge was dropped on one condition: that Gordon have no contact with Leal.
Days later, Gordon was arrested for allegedly violating the no contact order after an anonymous caller tipped off police that Gordon was in fact attempting to visit Leal at her Florida residence.
According to the exclusive documents obtained by Radar, Leal is "commanded to appear" before the judge to testify as a witness. Failure to appear will subject Leal to contempt of court, the document stated.
As Radar readers know, Gordon and Leal have been at odds in recent months. Gordon exclusively claimed to Radar months ago that Leal was a "psycho" who allegedly abused him.
Gordon is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
