Poor little rich boy!
Blac Chyna’s lawyer slammed her baby daddy Rob Kardashian exclusively to RadarOnline.com after he tried to weasel out of paying her $20,000 monthly child support.
Dream Kardashian’s dad filed court documents asking a judge to lower the amount he pays Chyna, claiming that she makes enough money that he doesn’t have to give her the $20k a month.
But Chyna hit back at his request, slamming his tactics in the bitter fight after he went on a vicious revenge porn rant on social media after they broke up in 2017.
“We believe Rob Kardashian has deliberately retreated from social media to reduce his income so that he can pay less child support. Poor little rich boy. What kind of father doesn't want to support his own baby?” Chyna’s powerhouse attorney Lisa Bloom told RadarOnline.com.
Chyna is locked in a vicious legal battle with Kardashian, his mom and sisters over the way their show, and her income, were cancelled.
Bloom slammed the Keeping Up with the Kardashians family for delaying the case in order to avoid paying her out.
“Rob and Kris Jenner have also been dodging their depositions. They can run, but they can't hide,” Chyna’s lawyer said.
“Like all other litigants and witnesses, eventually they will have to show up and answer questions about where all of Rob's money has gone. We'll get a court order requiring them to come to my office and answer questions under oath if necessary.”
Chyna filed a lawsuit against the reality show stars claiming that they deliberately had Rob & Chyna axed from E! in retaliation.
But Chyna’s lawyer said she isn’t going to let Kardashian’s desperate ploy affect her parenting.
“Blac Chyna continues to work hard as a single mother supporting her children, as she has always done, whether Rob chooses to help or not,” Bloom said.
