The 30-year-old former stripper wore a black blazer with nothing underneath but her tape did not perform.
When she turned to the side to flick her hair she suffered an embarrassing 'nip slip' which was caught by the paparazzi.
She teamed the blazer dress with a Gucci belt, black tights, and heels as she ran inside the hotspot with a female friend.
The reality star, real name Angela White, seemed in good spirits as she took a night off from watching her baby daughter Dream.
