Bethenny Frankel spent all of last season on Real Housewives of New York City crying about her failed marriage.

But in a preview for the new season 8, Frankel, 45, faces a much more serious situation.

"I have to do the surgery," she reveals.

While she doesn't share her medical diagnosis, it's clearly serious enough that she has to prepare for the worst.

"Tell Megan that she has to find out if I have a living will," Frankel cries.

But she isn't the only one dealing with drama.

Dorinda Medley, 51, is still defending her boyfriend John Mahdessian, 50, against her skeptical friends, who believe he doesn't treat her right.

"You feel the need to be selling John to us," Frankel tells Medley during a group chat.

But Medley doesn't take her criticism kindly.

"Did you say that?" she replies. "I choose who I want to be with! You don't like it, I don't give a s***."

At this point, Mahdessian enters the room, and Frankel thinks that he is out of his mind.

"You're a little lit up right now," she shouts at him.

Mahdessian then jumps down Frankel's throat, defending his relationship with Medley.

"We love each other," he says. "You don't know what love is about!"

Ramona Singer, 59, is still concerned about Sonja Morgan's drinking habit.

"You drink too much," Singer says as she confronted Morgan, 52. "You're in such denial. It's so sad. I'm worried you're going to end up dead."

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, 50, shares the happy news about her engagement and shows off her ring.

But Frankel has a problem with de Lesseps's lifestyle.

"You have sex with married men, you cheat, you f*** younger guys, and criticize other people about the same thing you do," she says to de Lesseps.

Singer finally shows off her assets.

"Ramona has some new titties," Frankel says. "It's hunting season."

And to top it all off, Frankel seems annoyed by the new girl, Julianne "Jules" Wainstein.

"I come so fast, like I have a problem," Wainstein inappropriately admits during a ladies' lunch.
