The divorce judgment has been a long time coming. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Garner filed for divorce from Affleck citing “irreconcilable differences” on April 13, 2017 after nearly 12 years of marriage. The two share three kids, Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.

According to the judgment, Affleck and Garner will share joint legal and physical custody of their kids.
