Stop Fighting! Judge Orders Ben & Jen To Play Nice As They Finalize Divorce

It’s officially over!

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s divorce has been finalized – and the judge who signed off on it ordered the exes to stop fighting, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to the final judgment obtained by RadarOnline.com, a judge ruled Affleck, 46, and Garner, 46, must refrain from “arguing, yelling or using profanity” in front of their kids!

The explosive ruling stipulates that “neither party shall make derogatory or insulting remarks about the other party, the other party’s significant other, or the other party’s family” in the presence of minor children.

The divorce judgment has been a long time coming. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Garner filed for divorce from Affleck citing “irreconcilable differences” on April 13, 2017 after nearly 12 years of marriage. The two share three kids, Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.

According to the judgment, Affleck and Garner will share joint legal and physical custody of their kids.

The judge also ordered the exes to meet with a “mutually agreeable co-parenting therapist” on a monthly basis for at least six months.

Troubled Affleck spent the last year in and out of rehab. This summer, Garner hosted an intervention for the troubled actor after he surfaced in California carrying booze.
