'Bachelor' Star Bekah Martinez Pregnant 7 Months After Split From Arie Luyendyk Jr.

Bachelor in Paradise is great — but so is pregnancy! Seven months after she was dumped on TV by Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr., fan-favorite Bekah Martinez is expecting a baby!
"I'm pregnant!" Martinez said in a shocking video on Wednesday, September 12.
The 22-year-old beauty has been dating boyfriend Grayston Leonard, 29, since February of this year. A few months ago, she told fans that she would not be joining the cast of BIP because she wanted to focus on her relationship with the Pequod Rising founder.
Now, it looks like their romance has gotten even more serious, as she is 10 weeks pregnant!
"I just wasn't thinking about all that practical, logical stuff," said Martinez in the video, adding that while she was nervous about the journey at first, she's now very "excited."
"I wanted to be a mom my whole life, this is what I've always wanted. I don't care what the circumstances are, this is gonna work, this is my baby."
RadarOnline.com readers recall Martinez opened up about her financial troubles and job as a nanny after her Bachelor appearance. She even said she went broke buying outfits for the hit show!
Weeks after the show aired, Martinez went on a much-needed retreat near a known weed farm, prompting her mother to report her missing, and all of Bachelor Nation to worry for her safety.
Now, however, she's prepping to be a mom next to her new man.
"As it's gone further, almost every day become happier for me. The realer it become the more visible the signs become, like she's got a little bump now, and her bellybutton's starting to push out. It's like all of these things make it really fun and real," said Leonard in the video.
Martinez's boyfriend admitted that he panicked when she first told him the news. Eventually, however, he warmed up to the idea, and is now anxious to meet his baby boy or girl.
"And it is this transforming moment from 'If I have to, I'll do it. I'll be a good dad. I'll stand up to the occasion,'" he said, describing how his point of view on the happy event has changed.
In the video, the couple noted that they will welcome their first child together before they hit the one-year mark—and they're fine with it!
"This experience has ust brought us closer in that we've had to go through so much s**t already in the first six months of being together than most people go through in the first two years of their relationship," said Martinez.
