As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lange was hospitalized shortly after his court hearing last month. He had planned to attend rehab, but according to the Essex County Court prosecutor, he became "too ill" too fly and had to be hospitalized.

Shortly after new years, Lange entered a rehab facility out of the state. He is expected to be back in New Jersey this weekend, and will make an appearance on The Anthony and Artie show after a long absence from the show.
