Death's Door: Friends Fear For Relapsed Andy Dick Amid Sexual Battery Charges
Amid news he has been charged with sexual battery for allegedly groping a stranger on a Los Angeles street, comedian Andy Dick is a "total mess" and headed for disaster, RadarOnline.com can report.
“He relapsed almost a year ago after doing so well in his recovery,” said a source close to 52-year-old Dick, who checked into rehab for the 13th time in 2015 after a long, losing battle with substance abuse.
“He was living in a sober living in Malibu and had gotten his life together. But when he left, he went right back to his old ways.”
According to the concerned pal, Dick – who was slapped with a restraining order by his wife earlier this year – “isn’t associating with anyone in the recovery community."
“He is the last man standing at the bars," the pal continued. "Everyone who knows him fears he will die if he keeps going like this.”

In April, Dick said he was heading to rehab again in a bizarre social media video — but it doesn't appear he ever checked into treatment.
On Monday, spokesman for the L.A. City Attorney’s Office Frank Mateljan III told RadarOnline.com Dick was charged with “sexual battery” and “simple battery” after a female claimed that he “squeezed her butt twice" as he walked past her on a sidewalk.
In March, Dick's wife Lina Sved was granted a five-year restraining order against the comedian. In court papers, she claimed she found him "screaming and cursing" at home surrounded by broken glass.
