More Debt! Amber Portwood's Fiancé Matt Baier Sued For Failing To Pay Off $5K Bill

The money troubles aren't over for Amber Portwood's deadbeat fiancé Matt Baier! After they were slapped with two lawsuits for unpaid rent, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Baier has been sued again for failing to pay a medical bill.

In court papers obtained from the small claims court of Washington Township, Med-1 Solutions, LLC, a collection agency for St. Vincent Hospital & Healthcare Center, is suing Baier for $5,216.07.

"Unpaid balance for medical services of $4,666.07," the suit filed on February 14 read. "Reasonable attorney fees if awarded by the court of $550."

Baier is expected to appear in court on April 25, 2017.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Portwood and Baier were sued for over $2,640 in damages on February 9, 2017 for their current home.

"The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that on June 3, 2016 the Plaintiff rented to the Defendant at a rent of $2,200 per month," the court filing reads. "On February 8th, 2017 said tenancy expired by the terms thereof for the reason late/unpaid rent, alterations to property without owner's approval, excessive damage to property."

The case has been dismissed.

In a January 11 lawsuit, they were sued for $6,015.74 for trashing their previous home and failing to pay rent. The Plaintiff claims they owe $1,648.24 in rent.

In the July 5th disposition letter, the landlord claims he had to paint the whole house using a deodorizer because of the pet smell. He also had to get a new carpet because of the animals.

Other alleged damages include dry wall damage repair, vertical blind replacement, six new mini blinds, new door knob, hardwire new smoke detector, set of four drip plans, removal and dump of contents left behind, and weed, mulch, brush removal, gutter cleaning and fence repair.

They are scheduled to appear in court for that hearing on March 23, 2017.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Baier had five child support cases against him for at least nine children. The cases have been dismissed.
