'Teen Mom' Amber Admits To Taking Depression Medication Amid Fiancé Matt's Betrayals
Amber Portwood's life is back on track after maintaining a sober lifestyle, but the Teen Mom OG star is still suffering from depression and anxiety. In a sneak peek, Portwood revealed she's taking prescription medication to help battle her troubles.
In the preview clip, Portwood explained how she's worked out a 50/50 custody agreement with ex-fiancé Gary Shirley.
"I did this because Leah was getting affected by it," she told her fiancé Matt Baier and her cousin Krystal of when her 7-year-old daughter said her father's house is more fun. "Me and Gary trying to play games and stuff… I didn't want that to happen anymore because I didn't want her to feel like she had to choose a side."
Portwood then explained how her daughter preferring to be with her father left her depressed.
"It was bad, I was crying and I got really depressed," she said, as Baier added, "It went for a couple of weeks where I had to force her out of bed."
Portwood then confessed that she's currently on lexipron and buspirone to help deal with her anxiety and depression.
The shocking revelation also comes after RadarOnline.com confirmed Baier has at least nine secret children, despite two women dropping child support cases against the deadbeat dad.
