As RadarOnline.com was very first to report, Portwood was arrested and jailed after a disturbing July 5 incident in her Indiana home.

According to police, the 29-year-old mom of two assaulted her boyfriend, who was holding their 1-year-old son in his arms at the time.

“Officers spoke to the male victim, who stated his live-in-girlfriend and he were having a disagreement,” a police spokesperson told RadarOnline.com. “During which time the female, later identified as Amber Portwood, assaulted him, while he was holding their 1-year-old child.”
