Allison, 36, has been living under house arrest since April, when her mother, Mindy, co-signed a $5 million dollar bond to get her out of prison.

According to reports, Sekera has been allegedly stalking Allison by staking out her parents’ home and peeking through the windows while she is inside.

A hearing to show cause for the harassment has been set for December 7.

As Radar reported, Allison is one of six defendants awaiting trial for racketeering, sex trafficking and forced labor charges due to her alleged involvement in the NXIVM cult.

The cult, ran by leader Keith Raniere, is accused of running an inner sex ring known as DOS, where women were allegedly blackmailed and sexually assaulted.

Allison is accused of acting as one of DOS’ slave masters. The former actress previously admitted to creating NXIVM’s branding ritual, which uses a cauterizing iron to brand women with Allison and Raniere’s initials.

December will be a busy month for Allison. In addition to settling the civil harassment case against Sekera, she is also scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial hearing for her own criminal charges.
