According to court records obtained by RadarOnline.com and confirmed with the county's tax assessor, Brown, 64, purchased the various properties from Wilbur and Teresa Hallnuer on Feb. 8, 2018.
Although there is no current houses built on any of the vast land purchases bought by Billy, a county tax insider told RadarOnline.com, “Billy Brown bought four separate large properties near where the family is currently filming at the Lodge on Palmer Lake.”
“One property is 65 acres. One is 190 acres. One is 40 acres and the last one is 140 acres. The total land mass bought by Mr. Brown is roughly 435 acres. And yes, he paid cash.”
“The residents of Okanogan County are well aware of who Mr. Brown is and what his intentions are,” the insider told RadarOnline.com, adding, “I’m sorry but that is all that I can say.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Billy and longtime wife Ami, 54 — who was recently admitted back into UCLA Medical Center where she recently went through radiation and chemotherapy to fight late state lung cancer — have been living in a $500,000 lodge on Palmer Lake, Washington, along with six of their seven children.
Prior to that, the family was living in a multi-million Beverly Hills, Calif. mansion for several months, while Ami was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.
Teen daughter, Rain, 14 — who acts as the unofficial family spokesperson — has been dropping not-so-subtle clues on social media that they are nearly finished with filming season 8 of Alaskan Bush People.
