Actress Zooey Deschanel recently listed her Hollywood Hills home for sale after purchasing a new place on Manhattan beach. She purchased the home from Avengers star Mark Ruffalo in 2009 for $1.65 million, and now she is asking $2.2 million for the home, Variety reports. Will the next owner be a cute actor with a loyal following, or simply a lover of country homes in the hills?
Grass maintenance was apparently not the main concern for Deschanel, who is well known as a lover of the environment.
