Little did Abedin know that everything would change less than two years later. RadarOnline.com has learned Clinton was getting regular updates on the juicy gossip concerning Abedin's husband after his political career was brought down in an explosive sexting scandal in mid-2011. On June 7, 2011, Clinton was forwarded a Politico article on how her right hand woman turned to her after Abedin's life imploded in her disgraced husband's sex scandal.
"Anthony Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, is reported to have sought advice from her boss and friend, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in the aftermath of the New York Democrat's admission that he had online sexually charged relationships with other women even after they married last year," read the article cut and paste in the email.

Another subsequent message sent to Clinton noted there was political pressure on Weiner to resign.

And another from the afternoon of June 7, 2011, pointing out that Democrats were disassociating themselves from Weiner, which may have been of concern to Clinton since she was indirectly exposed to the scandal as a result of Abedin's marriage to the Congressman.

On June 10, 2011, Clinton sent a message to her Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills about the scandal via her private email server. "I just sent to you," Clinton wrote Mills on their gleeful behind-the-scenes update, this time concerning an article with Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi's statement on the scandal, urging Weiner to "seek that help" with his problems "without the pressures of being a Member of Congress."

Two days later, Mills again sent Clinton a piece on President Obama stating that he would resign if he were in Weiner's shoes.

That same evening, Mills forwarded another missive with the subject line: "Slaughter on Anthony," which included a CNN piece that went into the controversy surrounding Abedin and Weiner and their marriage.

The next day, on June 13, Mills sent Clinton continued to keep her boss abreast of the Weiner scandal by forwarding a message about how Weiner's friends were "appalled" at what he did but stood by him regardless.

On November 2, 2011, Abedin's husband contacted Clinton directly on her private email. The strange email, exposed on Wikileaks, contains just the subject line "she never lost" and his signature, "love, anthony." Clinton forwarded the email to someone on her staff, writing simply, "Pls print amd sic respond." The next month, Abedin and Weiner welcomed a son, Jordan.

The following year, on July 16, 2012, Mills sent Clinton a story from People in which Abedin invited a reporter from the magazine into her home she shared with Weiner to discuss the state of their allegedly fixed marriage.

In July of 2012, Mills sent Clinton an article to her private email on Weiner praising his wife Abedin. "Some Democrats are whispering that it might be Abedin, not Weiner, who has a future in elective politics," read the piece, which contained a quote from Weiner boasting that "there's nothing Huma can't do."
