'Teen Mom' Breakdown? Tyler Baltierra Feels 'Empty & Alone' With Wife Catelynn

Catelynn Lowell completed two stints in rehab for depression and anxiety in November and January, but is it her husband's turn to seek help? After Tyler Baltierra posted a cryptic message on Twitter, a source close to the Teen Mom OG star revealed if he's suffering from a breakdown.
Baltierra, 26, sparked concern for his well-being when he tweeted, "Laying in bed next to my peacefully sleeping wife. I can hear my daughter snoozing away through the monitor in her room. My dog is cuddled up on the floor next to me...& yet I feel so empty...so alone."
Lowell, 26, responded to the tweet, "I am so sorry babe... I will do anything to help you... you are an amazing husband and father and are so caring, funny, and thoughtful... don't let life bring you down because you are one strong man... I love you so much."
A source close to Baltierra told RadarOnline.com, "It's Tyler's turn to put his mental health at the top of the list. He loves being the man of the house and providing for his family, seeing as his father never did that for him, but there's no denying he's been through a lot."
Baltierra contemplated entering rehab on an episode of Teen Mom OG earlier this season. But after his father entered rehab for substance abuse issues and his wife went to treatment after suffering a miscarriage, he focused on raising their daughter Novalee, 3.
In an effort to overcome his issues, Baltierra has been dedicated to inspiring others. "He's been super open about mental health along with Cate, doing plenty of blogs, interviews and podcasts so he's been super transparent about how he feels," the source said. "Him and Cate learned through rehab to speak up so they know what's going on with each other so all insecurities and pent up frustrations don't weigh them down."
Baltierra is also focusing on his career in the entertainment business. "He's been thinking about the next step should OG stop filming in the next few years," the insider said. "Tyler has always wanted to be an actor or TV host. He was doing promo for MTV recently and did TRL and he loved it. He wants a successful career doing what he truly loves."
